This Tennessee Whiskey is produced using the traditional Charcoal Mellowing process, in which the freshly distilled whiskey is dripped through a several-meter-thick layer of sugar maple charcoal. This elaborate process ensures a particularly smooth yet robust taste. Subsequently, the whiskey matures in handcrafted oak barrels, which allow for intensive maturation due to Tennessee's climate with warm summers and cool winters.
