Nordés Atlantic Galician Gin, at 40% ABV in a 0.7-liter bottle, is an outstanding premium gin from northwest Spain that clearly stands apart from classic gins due to its exceptional origin, production, and aromatics. Produced in Galicia, a region with a strong Atlantic influence, Nordés is a tribute to the nature, climate, and culinary diversity of this area. The base itself is unusual: instead of grain alcohol, Nordés uses brandy made from the indigenous Albariño grape – a noble white grape variety known for its freshness and fruity elegance.

In addition to juniper, a total of eleven botanicals are used, many of them from the region. These include lemon verbena, hibiscus, sage, eucalyptus, mint, rock samphire, and other aromatic herbs that give the gin its floral and subtly maritime character. The careful maceration and distillation are carried out slowly and gently to fully bring out the delicate aromas of the botanicals.
