In contrast to the clear Grappa Bianca, the Riserva matures for several years in oak barrels, giving it not only its golden color but also its soft, harmonious aromas. Made from a selection of regional pomace, particularly from Veneto and Friuli, and with a robust alcohol content of 50% Vol., this grappa offers a powerful yet balanced structure – typical of Nardini, but with elegant maturity.
