Nomad Outland Whisky Sherry Cask Finish is a unique and distinctive blended whisky that combines the expertise of Scottish whisky production with the influence of the famous sherry casks from Jerez. It is produced by a Spanish whisky maker called Destilerías y Crianza del Whisky (DYC) in collaboration with the Scottish company Whyte & Mackay.

Nomad Outland Whisky begins its journey in Scotland, where a selection of Highland Single Malt and Grain Whiskies are carefully chosen. These whiskies are then transported to Jerez, a city in southern Spain renowned for its sherry production. In Jerez, the whiskies are blended and then matured for an extended period in traditional sherry casks. The sherry casks used for maturation are seasoned with Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherries, which impart unique flavours and aromas to the whisky. After the maturation period, the whisky is brought back to Scotland, where it is finished and bottled at the Whyte & Mackay distillery.
