Production follows the double distillation process, using a 300-liter crude still and a 200-liter fine still made of pure copper. This traditional method ensures that only the high-proof heart of the distillate is extracted. This then matures in wood, glass, or stainless steel to develop its full aroma.

The Hödl Hof Blackcurrant Spirit combines the finest blackcurrant distillate with high-quality wheat distillate and fresh blackcurrant juice. Natural ingredients round off the flavor profile and give this fruit spirit its distinctive character. With an alcohol content of 33% Vol., it presents itself as a fruity and mild specialty with intense berry aromas.
