Production takes place using double distillation in a 300-liter coarse spirit still and a 200-liter fine spirit still, both made of pure copper. This artisanal method ensures that only the high-proof heart of the distillate is extracted and then aged in wood, glass, or stainless steel to guarantee a harmonious and full-bodied aroma.

The Hödl Hof Blueberry Spirit combines the finest blueberry distillate with high-quality wheat distillate and fresh blueberry juice. Rounded off with natural ingredients, an exceptionally fruity and full-bodied spirit with an unmistakable berry aroma is created. The blueberries used come from the Styrian Almenland, a region known for its aromatic, sun-drenched fruits.
