The Tomatin Distillery in the Scottish Highlands looks back on a long history and was once the largest malt whisky distillery in Scotland with 23 stills. Today, the distillery deliberately focuses on slower production with only four pot stills, resulting in high-quality Single Malt Scotch Whiskies with pronounced balance. At the same time, Tomatin is committed to sustainable production methods and operates an environmentally friendly steam boiler heated with locally produced wood pellets. For every tree felled, two new ones are planted.
