The Akori Gin is a Spanish London Dry Gin, produced by Destilerías Campeny, whose characteristic aroma profile is significantly shaped by Japanese-inspired botanicals. Although the name sounds Far Eastern, this gin is created in Spain and combines high-quality European distillation artistry with exceptional exotic ingredients. The base is a high-quality grain alcohol, which is first macerated with selected herbs, spices, and fruits. This is followed by a re-distillation, in which the aromas extracted from the botanicals are firmly anchored in the distillate. The distillery oriented itself to the Japanese taste profile when developing the aroma spectrum, so ginger, kumquats, and dragon fruit are among the defining components of the gin.


This combination gives Akori Gin an exotic, fruity-spicy style that clearly distinguishes it from classic London Dry Gins. Juniper remains noticeable but is accompanied by fresh citrus notes, fruity accents, and a subtle spiciness from the ginger. With 42% alcohol by volume, the gin presents itself as clear, modern, and aromatically complex. Due to its special structure, it is suitable for both creative cocktail interpretations and classic drinks, to which it adds a distinctive, exotic twist.
