The whisky distillery is located in Ballindalloch, Scotland, and has been owned by the Grant's Family since 1865.
The Glenfarclas 105 Cask Strength is a cask-strength bottling.
The whisky originally has an alcoholic strength of 63.5% by volume; this alcohol content is reduced to 60% by volume after 8 to 10 years due to the 'Angel's Share'.
It is aged in former bourbon and sherry casks.
The name of the single malt "105" refers to its alcoholic strength in British Proof.
