The Hödl Hof WILLIBALD spirit, with an alcohol content of 33% by volume in a 1-liter bottle, is a noble and aromatic spirit created on the basis of high-quality Williams pear distillate and neutral wheat distillate. Produced in the traditional Hödl Hof distillery, located amidst picturesque orchards and vineyards, this specialty combines centuries-old Styrian distilling art with modern refining techniques.

For generations, the Hödl Hof distillery has followed the old Styrian tradition of double distillation. The fruit from the farm's own orchards is transported directly to the fermentation cellars, where it is gently and temperature-controlled fermented. Distillation takes place in a 300-liter crude still and a 200-liter fine still made of pure copper to ensure the highest quality and purity. For the Willibald spirit, only the high-proof heart of the distillation is extracted and matured in wood, glass, or stainless steel to fully develop its aroma.
