The Luc Belaire Rare Rosé is an iconic French rosé sparkling wine from Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, a region in southeastern France renowned worldwide for its outstanding rosé wines. The Mediterranean climate with warm days and cool nights, as well as the calcareous and slate-rich soils, create ideal conditions for cultivating the three classic grape varieties Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah. Each variety contributes its individual characteristics to the cuvée: Grenache provides richness, structure, and intense dark berry aromas, Cinsault adds elegance, floral notes, and a smooth texture, while Syrah imparts the brilliant color, depth, and aromatic complexity.


After the first fermentation in stainless steel tanks, which preserves the fresh fruit character, the second fermentation takes place to create the fine effervescence. A special touch is added by the Liqueur de Dosage, which consists 100% of Syrah and gives Luc Belaire Rare Rosé its pleasantly subtle, finely integrated sweetness. Produced according to the Charmat method, it combines traditional craftsmanship with a modern sense of style.
