Founded in 1798, Tobermory Distillery is one of Scotland's oldest distilleries, located in Tobermory on the Isle of Mull. Since its establishment, it has experienced turbulent times with many changes of ownership and production stoppages. In 1993, Burn Stewart Distillers took over the distillery, which was then acquired by the South African Distell Group in 2013. In March 2017, production was halted again for refurbishment work. Despite these challenges, Tobermory remains an important part of Scotland's whisky tradition.

This award-winning whisky was initially matured for 16 years in ex-bourbon casks before being finished for two years in the finest sherry casks, which gives the whisky deliciously sweet and fruity notes. Like all whiskies produced at the Tobermory Distillery, this one is non-chill filtered and has a natural color.

This method of production preserves the authentic aromas and gives the whisky its unique character, which delights connoisseurs and enthusiasts alike. The long maturation and special finish give the whisky its complex flavor structure and impressive depth.
