A high proportion of rye and barley in the mash creates an outstanding spiciness and a full texture. This whiskey is complemented by mild and gentle notes of cedar and cinnamon, which give it a smooth body. Fresh accents of mint and fennel enliven the composition, while a surprising hint of coconut provides a pleasant note.

In accordance with old tradition, this bourbon is distilled in a rare combination of a Beer Still and a Pot Still, which makes it something special. This traditional method contributes to shaping the characteristic, rich flavor that makes Willett bourbons so unique.
