Founded in 1995 by Hans Reisetbauer, the Reisetbauer distillery has established itself in Axberg, Upper Austria. A special characteristic of the distillery is its focus on sustainable agriculture: all raw materials needed for production are organically grown and harvested on their own fields. The entire process, from bottling and labeling to packaging the bottles, is done manually and with the greatest care. With the entry of Hansi Junior, the company underwent a modernization, reflected in a new design for packaging, labels, and brand name, combining tradition and innovation.

For the production of Axberg Vodka, the robust "Mulan" wheat variety is used, grown and carefully harvested in the fields of Upper Austria. The Mulan wheat variety is characterized by its clear structure, natural fruit sweetness, and absence of added sugar, properties that make it ideal for the production of Reisetbauer Axberg Vodka. Through the traditional pot-still process, carried out in copper stills, distillation continues until a perfect distillate is created. The result is an extremely pure and crystal-clear vodka that, despite its purity, retains a delicate flavor. The use of frost and sterilization filters removes all unwanted cloudiness and flavors to meet the high-quality standards.
