In the idyllic Styrian landscape, surrounded by orchards and vineyards, the Hödl Hof distillery produces its exquisite ELDERFLOWER fine brandy. With an alcohol content of 40% vol. and bottled in a 0.5-liter bottle, this fine brandy embodies the rich tradition and artisanal distilling art that has been cultivated for generations.

The long-established distillery uses a 300-liter crude brandy still and a 200-liter fine brandy still made of pure copper to ensure the highest quality of its brandies. The black elderberries used, known for their supposed healing properties, come from the orchards of Ferdinand Haas in Pöllau. The fruits are transported directly to the fermentation cellars, where they are gently and temperature-controlled fermented. Following old Styrian tradition, the fine brandy is double-distilled, with only the high-proof heart being taken for aging in wood, glass, or stainless steel.
