Pasion Blue Chardonnay launched a revolution in the Netherlands in the summer of 2016. It is the result of a special process, aiming for a fruity and unique outcome, starting with the Chardonnay grape variety pressed at the Spanish winery Pasion Blue.

Pasion Blue is characterized not only by its aromatic freshness but also by its beautiful blue color. However, this blue wine is not simply artificially colored blue; it obtains its color through a complex process: the natural treatment with anthocyanins, which are the natural pigments contained in the grape skin.

The result on the palate is a balanced, slightly sweet taste that makes the wine harmonious. Somehow daring, different, and unique.
