A central quality feature of the Milenario line is the triple selection process. Only the most flavorful agaves from the highlands of Mexico are carefully selected. After harvesting, the agave hearts are gently cooked for over 24 hours to optimally release their natural sugars. This is followed by a single pressing, where only the finest agave juice is extracted – a crucial step for purity, depth, and aromatic clarity.
