The basis of this distillate is the selected pomace of destemmed Moscato d'Asti grapes, known for their intense, aromatic profile, before distillation. Distillation takes place in pot stills with discontinuous steam distillation, a traditional method that allows the delicate aromas of the Muscat grape to be optimally preserved.

After distillation, the grappa is refined for at least six months in stainless steel tanks to perfect its soft structure and harmonious balance.
