Bocchino Grappa di Moscato d'Asti in Barriques 40% Vol. 0.7 l is a noble, aged grappa from the renowned Distilleria Bocchino in Italy. It is made from carefully selected pomace of destemmed Moscato d'Asti grapes, known for their aromatic richness and fruity elegance. The distillation takes place in pot stills using discontinuous steaming, a process that allows for particularly gentle extraction of the delicate aromas.

After distillation, the grappa is first stored for 6 months in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and purity. This is followed by an 18-month maturation in French oak barriques, which gives it its soft, harmonious structure and elegant wood and vanilla notes. This aging lends it exceptional depth and a perfect balance between fruitiness, spice, and fine roasted nuances.
