Poli Grappa Barrique 1898 Solera di Famiglia is an exclusive grappa from Veneto, produced at the historic Poli distillery in Bassano del Grappa. With a robust alcohol content of 55% vol. and presented in an elegant 0.7-litre bottle housed in a decorative wooden box, it ranks among the house’s prestige bottlings. For this grappa, selected pomace from fine grape varieties is distilled and then matured in oak casks using the elaborate Solera method. This special technique allows for the continuous blending of different vintages, resulting in a harmonious balance, exceptional complexity and depth.

The designation ‘1898’ refers to the year the Poli distillery was founded and underlines the tradition-conscious character of this bottling. The Solera di Famiglia exemplifies the fusion of centuries-old knowledge, artisanal craftsmanship and innovative ageing. Through barrel ageing, the grappa develops not only its dark colour but also an impressive richness of aromas, making it a true collector’s item and a highlight for connoisseurs.
