The distillery is known for its handcrafted production and exclusively uses 100% malted barley to create this whiskey. The initial maturation takes place in new oak barrels, which gives the whiskey a solid foundation of oak aromas.

The unique Solera method maturation process involves four different cask types: wine (from a local vineyard), Bourbon, French oak, and brandy.
