Leo Hillinger is a visionary entrepreneur and winemaker who has turned his passion for viticulture into international recognition. His winery, which now proudly encompasses 100 hectares of vineyards, is renowned not only in Austria but worldwide for its excellent wines. After apprenticeships in Europe and California, Hillinger purchased 12 hectares of vineyards, laying the foundation for his successful winery in Jois, which opened in 2004. The company expanded with several Wineshop & Bars throughout Austria and a long-standing business relationship with the Constantia Glen winery in South Africa. In 2012, Hillinger was awarded "Entrepreneur of The Year" by Ernst & Young, highlighting his outstanding role in the wine industry.

Hillinger Small Hill Sweet is an exquisitely balanced cuvée, consisting of equal parts Chardonnay and Welschriesling. This sweet wine is aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity and clarity of its aromas. After maturation, the wine is bottled and securely sealed with a screw cap. With an impressive aging potential of up to 20 years, this wine develops deeper complexity over time.
