For the production of Agwa, the coca leaves are transported from Bolivia to Holland under strict security supervision. There, the cocaine content is extracted from the leaves before they are used for liqueur production. A special variant of this liqueur is "Agwa Diablo," which is additionally enriched with blood oranges and red Thai ginger, giving it a distinctive note. The inspiration for the name Agwa Diablo comes from Bolivia's most famous dance festival, the Dance de Diablos.
