The Villa Lobos Distillation Strength Blanco is made exclusively from 100% blue Weber agave, which is harvested after about eight years of maturation and then gently cooked in traditional stone ovens (Hornos). After fermentation and double distillation, the tequila is bottled unfiltered at distillation strength with 55% Vol. – just as it comes directly from the still. Wood aging is deliberately omitted to preserve the pure character of the agave and to highlight the powerful structure that makes this Blanco so unique.
