For this composition, carefully selected rums from the Dominican Republic and Barbados are blended. These countries of origin represent different rum styles – from soft and fruity to structured and spicy – creating a harmonious and complex premium rum from the Caribbean. The maturation initially takes place in ex-bourbon barrels made of American oak, before the blend undergoes a further six to twelve months of aging in French oak barrels that previously held very old rum from Nicaragua.
