With an alcohol content of 27% Vol., this Sloe Gin is refined by the addition of sloe berries and sugar in a second maceration, which gives it an intense, fruity note. The STIN Macerated Sloe Gin is distilled in small copper stills to optimally showcase the aromas of the carefully selected 28 botanicals, including the main ingredient juniper. The distillation is gentle and slow, perfectly extracting the unique aromas of the botanicals.

In addition to juniper, Styrian apples from Southern Styria and elderflowers from Eastern Styria play a central role in the aroma of Stin Gin. Fresh citrus notes contribute to the refreshment and round off the taste. After distillation, the gin is reduced to drinking strength with high-quality, Styrian spring water and bottled without flavorings or additives, which contributes to its natural purity and high quality.
