With an alcohol content of 42% vol., this Italian noble spirit impresses with its exceptional depth, harmonious balance, and fine, complex aromas, which have been further refined by long aging in wooden barrels.

The Distilleria Dellavalle, known for its exclusive selection of high-quality distillates, uses only the best pomace from the noble Amarone grapes Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara for this grappa. After traditional distillation in copper pot stills, the grappa matures for several years in oak barrels, giving it its soft, full-bodied structure and unique aromas. The designation XO (Extra Old) refers to the exceptionally long storage period, which gives this grappa a special depth and sophistication.
