Adler Berlin Dry Gin is a premium gin produced in the historic Prussian Spirits Manufactory in Berlin's Wedding district. The manufactory, originally founded in 1875 as a distillery school, experienced a renaissance in 2009 thanks to microbiology professor Ulf Stahl and bartender and certified hotelier Gerald Schroff.

This gin is characterized by a special maturation process: The fine wheat distillate, which forms the base, matures for six months and is enriched with juniper and a selection of botanicals such as ginger, allspice, coriander, as well as lavender and orange blossoms. Distillation takes place under vacuum, which contributes to an intense development of aromas. Subsequently, the gin is stored for three to six months in 100-year-old stoneware containers.
