The basis of this Coffee & Rum Liqueur is a rum aged for approximately 7 years from the Dominican Republic, which is refined with high-quality coffee from Nicaragua. The coffee beans used come from the Matagalpa region, one of the country's most renowned coffee-growing areas. There, they are carefully roasted locally before being combined with Madagascar vanilla pods and then ground by hand.


The mixture of coffee and vanilla is then slowly cold-brewed (Cold Brew), allowing the intense aromas and natural sweetness of the coffee to develop particularly gently, while avoiding unwanted bitter notes. The resulting coffee extract is married with the aged Dominican rum and rounded off with only a small amount of pure cane sugar. The result is a particularly harmonious Coffee Rum Liqueur, which impresses with its combination of strong coffee, fine vanilla, and smooth rum.
