Amrut Distilleries Private Limited is a company of the N.R. Jagdale Group, one of the oldest industrial groups in India, also known as the Silicon Valley of India.

The group was founded in 1948 by Mr. Radhakrishna Jagdale, initially as a small spirits blending and bottling plant.

Amrut Whisky is proud to be the first single malt whisky from India. Its name means "nectar of the gods/life" and reflects the exceptional quality and enjoyment of this whisky.

This whisky matures in oak barrels and is bottled without chill-filtration to preserve the full aroma of the whisky.
