Ron Malecon owes its name to the famous "Malecon" promenade in Havana, the capital of Cuba, known for its lively atmosphere and historical significance. The brand was founded by Marco Savio, an Italian rum specialist, whose passion for high-quality rum laid the foundation for Ron Malecon. Ron Malecon is distilled in Panama using traditional Cuban methods from molasses, employing copper column stills.

Rum Malecon aims to continuously create a high-quality premium rum with a distinctive and intense flavor. The premium range includes bottlings aged 10, 12, 15, 18, 21, and 25 years. Through careful blending, specially selected rums with unique aromas are combined in such a way that the final product surpasses the sum of its individual parts, impressing with exceptional depth and complexity.

This amber-colored premium rum is produced by the Caribbean Spirits distillery in Panama using traditional Cuban methods and aged for at least 15 years in oak barrels, which gives it its rich and harmoniously rounded flavor.
