Villa Sandi Winery, situated in the heart of the Prosecco region of Veneto, Italy, is a renowned winery known for its high-quality sparkling and still wines. Villa Sandi is particularly famous for its Prosecco production. The grapes grow on the rolling hills of Valdobbiadene, where the microclimate and mineral-rich soils provide ideal conditions for cultivation. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand to ensure the best possible quality. Sustainability and environmental protection are paramount, as evidenced by modern techniques and numerous certifications.

Villa Sandi Il Fresco Blanc de Blanc is an elegant cuvée made from Glera, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco. These grapes grow in Veneto on marl soils of alluvial origin, which offer ideal conditions for viticulture.

The whole grapes are gently pressed in a pneumatic press, and the must is transferred to temperature-controlled tanks. With the addition of specially selected yeast cultures from Villa Sandi, fermentation takes place at 15–16°C to enhance the aromas. Once the desired alcohol and sugar content is reached, fermentation is halted by cooling. After at least two months on the lees, the sparkling wine is ready for bottling.
