The Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Biologico DOC Brut 11% ABV in a 0.75-litre bottle is a fresh and elegantly sparkling organic Prosecco from Italy, combining sustainable viticulture with the classic style of a high-quality Prosecco DOC. Produced by the renowned Villa Sandi winery, this high-quality Italian organic sparkling wine comes from organically farmed vineyards within the famous Prosecco DOC region. The 100% Glera grape variety lends this Prosecco Biologico its delicate fruitiness, floral notes and characteristic lively freshness.


The vineyards are situated on medium-textured to alluvial soils and are cultivated according to organic guidelines, which allow the terroir and the natural aromatics of the grapes to be highlighted with particular precision. The vines are trained using simple trellis, double-arch and radial training systems, with around 2,300 vines per hectare. Following gentle whole-bunch pressing, the must is fermented under temperature control to optimally preserve the delicate fruit and floral aromas. The second fermentation also takes place under controlled conditions at 15–16 °C, resulting in the elegant effervescence and harmonious structure of this organic Prosecco DOC. With an alcohol content of 11 % vol., Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Biologico DOC Brut is fresh, dry and particularly invigorating.
