The West Cork Sherry Cask Finished is a characterful Irish Single Malt Whiskey, produced at the independent West Cork Distillery in the county of the same name on Ireland's south coast. For this bottling, only triple-distilled single malt is used, which first matures in first-fill Bourbon barrels made from American white oak. Subsequently, the whiskey receives an additional finish in selected Oloroso Sherry casks, giving it a distinct fruit and spice note – a successful interplay of Irish lightness with Spanish cask power.

Bottled at 43% vol., non-chill filtered and with natural color, this Single Malt stands for authenticity and quality. The Sherry cask maturation also adds depth without masking the typical smoothness of an Irish Whiskey.
