The Bayou RESERVE Select Barrel Rum is an outstanding rum from the United States, produced in South Louisiana with locally sourced sugarcane. This rum is pressed in the oldest mill in the USA, giving Bayou Rum its unique authenticity. Only sugarcane is used for its production, which is distilled in Copper Pot Stills to create a particularly pure and aromatic rum.

Maturation takes place in Bourbon barrels and is carried out using the Solera method, with the rum resting in the barrels for up to three years. This method ensures a particularly smooth and harmonious taste, perfectly suited for Bourbon lovers.
