The Kopke Fine Ports are versatile wines, resulting from a blend of young Port wines from different harvests, with a minimum aging of three years.

The three distinct styles – Tawny, Ruby, and White – are perfect for a first encounter with Kopke Port wines.

Harvested by hand at their optimum moment, the grapes are destemmed, crushed, and converted into wine through careful maceration to extract their color, tannins, and aromas, which are enhanced by constant pumping over during fermentation.

This takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 28 and 30°C, until the right degree of sweetness (Baumé) is reached.

At this point, grape spirit is added to produce the final fortified wine. The result is a rich and aromatic wine with perfect sweetness, obtained by blending wines from different harvests with different degrees of maturation in stainless steel and wood for at least 3 years.
