The classic grape varieties Ugni Blanc and Colombard form the basis of this harmonious cognac. Distillation is carried out traditionally in small copper pot stills, which ensures that the delicate fruit and spice aromas are preserved with particular care. The cognac is then aged for at least four years in new Limousin oak casks, stored in cool cellars. This meticulous cask ageing gives the distillate its balanced structure, elegant spice and characteristic amber hue.
