The Normindia Distilled Gin is an exceptional gin that combines the French art of distillation with exotic influences from India. It was created by Pierre Martin Neuhaus, the owner of Domaine du Coquerel. After a six-month trip through India, where he gathered numerous inspirations, and further experiences in France and the USA, Pierre decided to develop a gin that reflects the freshness and fruitiness of the distillery's own Calvados – soft and smooth, with a unique spice.

Normindia Distilled Gin is distilled in the same small copper pot stills normally used for Calvados production. This tradition ensures a particularly gentle and pure distillation, making the gin both soft and intense in flavor. The gin contains 15 botanicals, including classic ingredients such as juniper, ginger, cinnamon, and coriander, as well as exotic botanicals from India such as lilies, cloves, and oranges. This perfect blend ensures a balanced mix of spice, sweetness, and smoothness.
