This whisky was distilled in July 2007 and matured for 12 years in a Sherry Butt before being bottled in August 2019 in only 439 bottles. It was bottled without chill filtration and without coloring, allowing it to retain its natural color and aromatic diversity. The maturation in the sherry cask gives it an elegant sweetness, intense fruit notes, and a harmonious balance between spicy and nutty nuances.
