Villa Sandi is particularly famous for its Prosecco production. The grapes grow on the hilly landscapes of Valdobbiadene, where the microclimate and mineral-rich soils provide ideal conditions for cultivation. Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Treviso Brut is a typical wine from the Veneto region, grown in the province of Treviso in the Prosecco DOC area. The grapes thrive on hills of morainic origin as well as on alluvial soils of the plain, which creates ideal conditions for viticulture.

The whole grapes, gently pressed in a pneumatic press, yield a must which, after an initial racking, is transferred to temperature-controlled tanks where it remains until further processing. The must, inoculated with specially selected Villa Sandi yeast cultures, goes into tanks where fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C. Once the desired alcohol and sugar content is reached, fermentation is stopped by cooling. After a short settling period, the sparkling wine is ready for bottling, with natural cork stoppers.
