Inspired by this courage, this exceptional rum originates from the island of Negros, one of the most fertile regions of the Philippine archipelago.

Made from high-quality sugarcane grown on nutrient-rich volcanic soils, Don Papa Baroko undergoes a careful distillation process before maturing in oak barrels.
