Bacoo 7 Years Old Rum is an aged Caribbean rum from the Dominican Republic, characterized by its deeper barrel aging and balanced sweetness. It is produced in a regionally rooted distillery that controls the entire production process – from sugarcane processing to bottling. The base is fermented sugarcane juice, which gives the rum a more natural freshness and an authentic expression of the raw material. The name "Bacoo" comes from Caribbean mythology and refers to a small bottle spirit – a symbolic homage to the magic and stories of the Caribbean.

The rum matures for at least seven years in ex-Bourbon barrels made of American white oak.
