Noilly Prat Original Dry is a legendary French vermouth with 18% ABV, appreciated worldwide for its dry style and distinctive aroma. Noilly Prat is famous for its dry vermouth variant and is considered the epitome of classic French aperitif culture. The traditional house was founded in 1813 and has since been one of the most important vermouth producers in the world. Since 1843, the original recipe has been followed unchanged – a tribute to the craftsmanship and centuries-old expertise of the brand.

Noilly Prat Original Dry is produced in Marseillan, on the French Mediterranean coast, using a globally unique process. The base wines from the regional grape varieties Picpoul and Clairette mature for 12 months in 600-liter oak barrels under the open sky. This open-air aging allows for natural air exchange, which gives the wine an oxidative depth and the characteristic, slightly nutty tone. Subsequently, a herb mix of 20 different ingredients from four continents is added to the wine. These include chamomile, coriander from Morocco, bitter orange from Tunisia, cardamom from India, and elderflower. This composition provides the refined spice and the unmistakable character of Noilly Prat Original Dry.
