Nuestra Soledad Mezcal Joven San Baltazar Guelavila 47% Vol. 0.7 L is an exceptional mezcal from the renowned Nuestra Soledad series, which allows one to experience the diversity and uniqueness of Oaxaca's different terroirs and traditions. The Nuestra Soledad series includes mezcals all made from the same "Espadín" agave variety, but originating from six different regions of Mexico. Each of these regions brings its own aromas and traditions, taking the drinker on a journey through the different taste worlds of Mexico. The San Baltazar Guelavila Mezcal comes from a small town in eastern Oaxaca, located in the Tlacolula district and belonging to the famous Valles Centrales region.

This mezcal is distilled at the 3 Mezquites distillery, under the guidance of experienced Master Distiller Gregorio Martínez García. The mezcal is produced with great dedication and using traditional methods. The Espadín agave is roasted in stone ovens and then distilled in copper pot stills. With an alcohol content of 47% Vol., this mezcal offers a powerful intensity that impressively highlights the smoky and sweet aromas of the agave. The limited edition of only 800 bottles makes this mezcal a particularly exclusive experience.
