This single malt is distilled at the sister distillery Lochranza, located in Lagg, in the south of the island.

The oldest available bottling, which is now part of the core range, is a rare rarity, with only 3,000 bottles available worldwide annually.

During its impressive 25-year maturation, this whisky rests in ex-sherry and bourbon casks. During production, caramel is deliberately omitted to avoid influencing the natural taste of the whisky. Chill filtration is also avoided to preserve the whisky's natural aromas and nuances.
