Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has steadily developed. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionized Grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal Grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th-century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant’Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

The dark chocolate liqueur Nero Bottega is made from pure cocoa without added milk, making it lactose-free. Cocoa forms the base of this liqueur, which, in combination with triple-distilled Grappa and other selected ingredients, develops an intense chocolate flavor. The liqueur is presented in an elegant, frosted bottle with a thick base and a gold cap.

Sandro Bottega distillery exclusively uses its own high-quality distilled Grappa for its Cioccolato Nero e Grappa, unlike other producers who often resort to cheap industrial alcohol.
