Silent Pool Gin combines 24 carefully selected botanicals that give it an exceptional variety of aromas. Its floral and fresh citrus notes harmonize with spicy and earthy accents. Particularly prominent are juniper, lavender, chamomile, bergamot, cassia bark and cubeb wood, which give the gin a complex and romantic flavour structure. The light, natural sweetness in the finish comes from the addition of local honey. The result is a refined, refreshing gin with great depth and character.
