In its fourth generation, Sonnfeld continues the tradition of schnapps distillation, a practice whose first documented mentions date back to 1941. Today, the product range includes fruit brandies, spirits, liqueurs, and gin, all produced with artisanal care and tradition.

The Alpine Gin is gently and slowly distilled by hand in a traditional copper still, before being carefully bottled, labeled, and signed. Each bottle of this gin is thus a unique specimen.

This gin is characterized by its playful honesty and subtly conveys the flair of the Alps. It offers a variety of flavors, expressed through the harmonious combination of lavender and elderflower with the fruity and robust aroma of juniper.
