Machir Bay is primarily composed of approximately six-year-old malts and matured mainly in ex-Bourbon casks, supplemented by a smaller proportion of Oloroso Sherry casks. It is bottled non-chill filtered and without added coloring, thus preserving its texture and all flavor-giving oils and esters.
