- Water, because it is essential for whisky production.

- Proof, because it is the old scale for measuring alcohol strength (in 1980, British Proof Spirit was switched to alcohol percentage).

Waterproof Whisky is like sensible outdoor clothing, both can handle water without any problems.

This sherry-influenced malt whisky is bottled at relatively high abv; its design harks back to the Scottish inventor of the raincoat, Charles Macintosh.

A pure malt whisky, blended from whiskies from top distilleries (not disclosed). In addition to maturation in traditional oak, sherry casks are also used to create this sherry bomb with a balanced character.

Waterproof Whiskies are true batch bottlings, so there may be small character deviations in the future, as each batch has a touch of personality added.

However, all future batches will be bottled with malt whiskies from first-class distilleries and with sherry influence as well as with higher abv.
